These Terms govern your use of SnapPassport (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

SnapPassport is a browser-based tool that turns a selfie you provide into a passport- or visa-style photo. Image processing runs on your own device in your browser; we do not upload, store, or have access to your photos. You are responsible for the photo you upload and for choosing the correct country and document specification.

Pricing & Payment

SnapPassport is a one-time purchase of $1.99. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. We never receive or store your card details.

Refunds

Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only with photos you own or are authorized to use, and only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to create misleading identity documents or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimers

SnapPassport is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency or passport authority. We format your photo to common published specifications, but final acceptance is determined solely by the relevant authority and depends on your source photo (lighting, expression, framing, and head coverings). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapPassport and its operators will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
